Once you decide to enjoy the sea the way the locals do, the nearby small pebble beach is just a few steps away. Surrounded by carefully selected greenery, it creates the ideal setting for pure hedonism and sets the perfect frame for your next unforgettable getaway.

Luxury Design Amenities per Floor:

1. GROUND FLOOR On the ground floor, you can park your car and, also, play table tennis and exercise in the gym. Afterwards, you can relax in the sauna and/or use the shower to refresh. Also, on the ground floor, we have placed a fully equipped laundry room (detergents, washing machine, dryer, steam iron and ironing board).

2. FIRST FLOOR On the first floor, you can find the master bedroom with a fully equipped bathroom, a kids’ room, and another bedroom with a double bed. In case you’re coming with a baby, we also have a baby crib. We have placed here an additional, fully equipped bathroom and a toilet with full equipment. All bedrooms have a glass sea view and entrance to the wooden deck terrace, where we have placed a hydromassage hot tub (6 persons), sunbeds and an outdoor lounge sitting area. All bedrooms are fully equipped and have hypoallergenic mattresses and pillows. Also, for the safety of your valuables, we have placed a safe in the master bedroom.

3. SECOND FLOOR Here we have situated the fully equipped kitchen with indoor and outdoor eating areas offering a stunning view of the seaside. Our kitchen, except for standard equipment, also has a wine fridge, ice machine, microwave, toaster and, in case you are coming with a smaller kid, we have placed an eating chair for kids in the dining area. Also, since we want you to feel like home, you will find standard spices (salt, pepper, oil etc.) in the kitchen. We have also prepared a welcoming basket of fruit, water, a bottle of wine, coffee and tea. On the second floor, we have also placed a beautiful living area with a cozy sofa and a comfortable armchair with a footrest, on which you can rest and enjoy the stunning seaside view or watch Netflix on a big screen SAT TV. For those who like to play games, we have board games (chess) and a PS5 with basic games included.

4. ROOFTOP If you want to enjoy the sun all day, the rooftop is ideal. The rooftop features a wooden deck, a private heated pool with salt water, sunbeds and sunshades, towels and slippers. To complete the rooftop experience, we have placed a nice fireplace where you can grill or just light a fire to create a beautiful evening atmosphere.

Villa Radman features tiled floors with floor heating and Wi-Fi throughout. The entire outdoor and indoor space is luxuriously and modernly designed. You don’t need to bring towels, slippers, bathrobes, a hairdryer or bathroom products. Everything is waiting for you. In case you need it, we will provide extra housekeeping by request.
